Responsibilities
Maintains integrity of service, visit tables while on the floor to solicit feedback.
Ensures that ambiance of restaurant including music, lighting, etc. are up to standard.
Trains FOH staff in accordance with the standards of company policies and guidelines.
Ensures proper knowledge of all company policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
Constantly evaluates front of house staff.
Assists in training and evaluating service personnel.
Enforces food and beverage policies and procedures.
Ensures sanitation compliance throughout restaurant.
Handles customer complaints.
Help in organization all of in-house events.

Current, salaried management experience in a high- volume full service restaurant is preferred.
Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service.
Proven ability to develop team.
Knowledge of systems, methods and processes.
Must have strong sense of urgency.
Must have superior communication skills (written, verbal and spoken).
Must have basic computer and math skills.
Ability to integrate into our current team.
