Supervising the general operations of a FOH employees.
Assisting customers and ensuring prompt resolution of guests' inquiries.
Distributing tasks to the staff and monitoring the employees' performance.
Checking inventories and reporting inadequate supplies.
Identifying business opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
Developing strategic procedures to maintain customer satisfaction.
Managing disputes from customers and employees.
